Skin peels are chosen when you want to improve surface-level concerns like dullness, uneven tone, congestion or early texture changes. By applying a carefully selected solution that encourages controlled exfoliation, the skin renews itself to reveal a fresher, brighter layer beneath. Peels range from light (minimal recovery) to medium-depth (more visible peeling, stronger results).

After assessing your skin, your clinician selects the appropriate peel type and strength. The solution is applied to clean skin for a controlled period, then neutralised or removed. Depending on the peel depth, you may feel tingling or warmth during application. Light peels may be used as a regular maintenance treatment; deeper peels are usually planned as part of a course.
Skin Peels is comfortable for most people, with only mild discomfort. No anaesthetic is needed. A treatment takes around 20–30 min, and your practitioner will keep you comfortable throughout.
Skin Peels typically involves anywhere from no downtime to a few days, depending on the strength of the peel. You can usually return to exercise after 24h (light peels), 3–5 days (medium).
For the best result we usually recommend a course of treatments. Results are typically seen within days to weeks.
Skin Peels results last well but are not permanent. Typical maintenance: Monthly to quarterly. Your practitioner will tailor this to your goals at your consultation.
